The Trade & Made DIY Challenge
The lovely Erin of Firm of Earnest and Laura of A Daughter Who Makes take invited me to participate in a fun DIY challenge, along with a bunch of blog friends (old and new). And basically, I simply couldn't await whatever longer to share it with yous. So I'g popping in early on to give you the scoop…
It's chosen Trade & Madeand this is the gist: 13 bloggers, myself included, were sent mystery boxes filled with DIY supplies and materials and were asked to make something awesome. The one and only rule? You can only use the items in your mystery box to complete your project. So what's inside the mystery box? I took a picture to share what I received. There are wooden beads, jewelry supplies, paints and brushes, several containers, embroidery thread, and a few other items. All the goodies are from Michaels, For the Makers, DecoArt, Clear & Uncomplicated Stamps, and Specialty Bottle.
When does the finished DIY become upwardly? All xiii projects (1 DIY from each blogger participating) volition go live on Wednesday, July 31st and you can check out the Merchandise & Made site to keep track of all the projects and (hopefully) go inspired to challenge yourself when information technology comes to your DIYs. Then be sure to check back a week from today to see what I came upwards with for this DIY challenge. Should be fun.
P.South. I wanted to give a special shout out to Gloria for creating the Merchandise & Fabricated site that links up to anybody involved. You tin can bank check out her portfolio right here and visit the Trade & Made site here.
